REAL ESTATE VETERAN ALLYN GREER JOINS THE COMPANY
AS DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS
HOUSTON, TX – June 4, 2024
EMBER Real Estate Investment & Development today announced that it has appointed industry veteran Allyn Greer to the role of director of acquisitions. A proven tactician with decades of experience working in the residential and multifamily development fields, Greer has joined EMBER to identify and acquire advantageous properties in line with the company’s strategic vision for growth.
Greer brings a wealth of valuable industry experience to EMBER, most recently holding the role of land acquisition manager for Friendswood Development Company. Prior to that, Greer honed his land procurement acumen at Sudhoff Companies and JLA Realty, in addition to undertaking a number of other independent real estate investments and ventures. Before embarking on a career in real estate, Greer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a specialty tract in Human Resources from Texas A&M University.

In his new position, Greer will work to stay ahead of marketplace trends and expand EMBER’s footprint across Greater Houston and beyond.
