Allyn Greer

Allyn serves as Director of Acquisitions for EMBER, where he drives portfolio growth by identifying and negotiating key land opportunities and entitlements. 

 

With over 20 years of real estate experience, his roles have included investment, management, entrepreneurship, and brokerage.   Allyn's deep understanding of the market was further honed during a ten-year period overseeing and negotiating builder acquisitions, consistently helping companies achieve significant market share expansion. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Texas A&M University.

​Away from work, Allyn and his wife enjoy traveling, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, and are focused on creating a strong legacy for their four kids.
