Jeb Kolby

Jeb oversees EMBER acquisitions and development operations, having managed over half a billion dollars in land assets in his career.  He is a registered professional engineer with extensive experience in design and community development, both locally and internationally. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, both from Texas A&M University. 

 

​He is married to his high school sweetheart and is the father of four.  Outside of work, he loves traveling, being outdoors, is passionate about fatherhood and leadership development, and supports non-profit organizations aiding victims of war.
