Sandra Ferguson

Sandra serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for EMBER, responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, as well as researching and selecting the builder product types which drive the company's land sales.

With decades of real estate experience, she applies her innovative approach to develop strategic go-to-market programs, shape product offerings, and manage the company’s overall brand presence. Sandra ensures optimal market reach for all EMBER land development assets and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.

Outside the office, Sandra enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, and is actively involved in her community church.
